A Way Home Together: Stories of the Human Journey" is an intimate podcast about migration policy, featuring personal stories of people on the move, including migrants, refugees and those who have been deeply affected by different cultures.
Our host is Tolu Olubumi, an entrepreneur and advocate for migrants, refugees and displaced people. Tolu is an innovative thinker and change-maker, who has established and led numerous organizations and campaigns focused on immigrant integration, employment, access to technology and education. She serves as Special Appointee to the United Nations Department of Public Information, and is a member of the Global Future Council on the Future of Migration at the World Economic Forum.
In earlier episodes of "A Way Home Together", Ahmed Badr, a refugee from Iraq, spoke with members of his own family and interviewed other young refugees and migrants.
We to listen stories, voices and laughter that can help build a new narrative around migrants. Instead of hearing about them in a distant or abstract way, the podcast audience gets up close and personal with people who, in many ways, are just like them.
Episodes are available on iTunes, Google Podcasts, Stitcher and other major podcasting platforms. "A Way Home Together" is a production of DaviesContent
